2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship all orders through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions)

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. For special promotions or free shipping offers, details will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

5. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

All prices listed on our website include the cost of the product and applicable domestic shipping charges only. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and must be paid upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

7. Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, Aliz International is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs inspections, or other force majeure events. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Aliz International is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In case of returned shipments, re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package is damaged or items are missing upon delivery, notify us within 48 hours at info@aliz.com.pk or call +92 321 9448830. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
